1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases on this website, run by [Seller name or company name], [company code], [VAT number, if any], [registered address], Lithuania. Email: hello@letstravelguides.com.
2. What we sell
- Travel guides: digital content read online in your account. A guide gives general information and tips about a place. It is not a day-by-day schedule.
- Custom trip plans: a service. We prepare a timed plan for your trip based on your answers and publish it in your account.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include any taxes that apply. You pay in full when you place the order. [Payment methods will be listed here once payments are connected.]
4. Your account and access
- An account is created when you buy. You open your guides in My guides and your plans in Trip plans.
- Each guide page states how long access lasts. If no end date is shown, access has no end date for as long as we run this website.
- Your access is personal. Please don’t share your login or copy guides for others.
5. Right of withdrawal: guides
Guides are digital content supplied immediately. When you order, you ask us to give you access straight away and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts. If a guide doesn’t open or is faulty, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Right of withdrawal: custom trip plans
You can cancel a custom plan within 14 days of ordering. If you ask us to start work during those 14 days and then cancel, we refund the price minus the part of the work already done. Once the plan is fully delivered with your agreement, the right of withdrawal ends.
We deliver a plan within 3 working days of receiving your answers and include one round of changes.
7. Accuracy
We check prices, opening times and routes and show the date we checked them. Prices and conditions set by others can change. Please confirm important details, such as bookings, road closures and ticket prices, before you travel. Places we have visited are marked “Tested by us”; other information is researched.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for services provided by others (hotels, transport, attractions) or for changes made by them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
9. Complaints
Write to hello@letstravelguides.com. We reply within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it, consumers in Lithuania can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt), and consumers in other EU countries their national consumer authority.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
